You can use this form to schedule a school tour, request a phone call with the principal or receive more information about our school.
To begin the application process, please click the "Create an Account" tab at the top of this page to create an application account. From there, you will be instructed to create a login, password, and verify your email.
Your progress will be automatically saved. The application can be exited and resumed at any time. Each completed section will display a green check mark once you have completed all required fields. Any section that is missing required information will display a yellow exclamation point.
3. Review and Submit Application
Once all required fields of the application are complete, you will be able to review & submit your application and pay the $60 per student application fee.
